Unifiedtm Jacking Systems provide perfectly synchronized travel of the jacks to prevent distortion of the load that is being lifted. This allows loads to be lifted with less steel in the supporting framework, and allows odd-shaped structures to be jacked without damage.
These machines can be used with jacks other than crib jacks.
These machines will fully stroke each standard 15 ton crib jack connected to each Unified outlet.
You can connect 2, 3 or more jacks to each outlet to double, triple, or quadruple the load lifting capacity of the machine, with the limitation that you also cut the stroke of the jacks by the number of jacks on that outlet. But, that allows a 6-Jack Unified machine to be able to lift, for example, 360 tons with 24 jacks connected to it!
This is what a Unifiedtm jacking system looked like when we first started manufacturing them in the late 1950s...

...and this is what they look like today!

This is a 9-Jack UnifiedTM Jacking Machine equipped with ball valves, movable outlet coupling block, and digital jack travel readout

The machine appearing in the photos below is a 12-jack UnifiedTM Jacking System equipped with rebuildable zero-leakage ball valves, digital readout, remote outlet block, 18" of stroke, and dual hose reels.
This is another 12-Jack Unified Jacking System equipped with ball valves, digital readout, two electrically operated variable speed hose reels with foot switch,
dump valve for the spring return jacks two-speed option, double-acting option

Ball valves operate easier than needle valves, and allow the operator to quickly scan the panel to determine that all the valves are properly set.
Another 12 Jack Unified Jacking System:
This system has the digital travel readout, two speed option (14.5 inches in 50 seconds @5000 psi or 14.5 inches in 80 seconds @6000 psi), the EZ-return to tank valve that allows spring return jacks to quickly retract as the oil bypasses the main control valve, dual variable speed, electrically operated remote control hose reels (no need to run the engine to wind up the hoses), and the two remote outlet blocks allow the hoses to be run away from the operator's feet.

Imagine being able to control and monitor your UnifiedTM Jacking System with a handheld, portable wireless control!

Unify a jack while standing next to it, raise and lower the jacks in Unified mode, stop and adjust any jack, control every operation of the machine, observe hydraulic pressure and see the weight on each jack, and available lift in the machine
When using more than one jack per outlet or jacks larger than 15 ton crib jacks that require more than one stroke of the machine to fully extend the jacks, re-setting of the main unit, and re-pressurizing of the jacks, is an automated operation, no operator input is required. Just press a button and the machine does the rest!
No need to yell instructions back and forth between an observer and the operator, stand next to each jack as you pressurize it, and walk freely around the load as you raise or lower it!

Hey, no Windows jokes! Windows CE is used in many industrial computers to control critical manufacturing operations, it's well proven and very stable.
The control unit is hardened to military specifications and is virtually indestructible.
