Remote controls for Unified™ Jacking machines available NOW:

Imagine being able to control every aspect of the operation of your
Unified™ Jacking machine from up to 200 feet away from the machine.
Imagine being able to stand next to each jack as you extend it to the load and unify it, eliminating chance for any miscommunication between the machine operator and the person watching the jack. |
Imagine being able to see the pressure and the weight on each jack, as well as the total weight of the load, right on the screen.
Imagine walking around the load and observing the jacking operation while having full control of the machine
Stop imagining, now you can have all of this and more!
-
Extend or retract each jack or any group of jacks, at any time, with the push of one button.
-
Get the full 17" of travel from the tall crib jacks with the assurance that the machine will stop before any jack over extends.
-
Pressure sensors prevent operation of the machine above the safe, maximum rated operating pressure.
-
Some procedures are
automated... Press the button and the machine runs automatically to complete the operation, as when resetting the main unit when using more than one jack per outlet.
-
Sensors detect sudden changes in jack pressure, stop operation of the machine, notify the operator and suggest actions to take.
-
Self-diagnostic program tests for correct operation of all sensors and valves, if a problem is found it will show where on the machine the malfunctioning part is located and describe what to do next.
-
Operate the machine just as you would run a machine with manual
controls... Press the "Extend jack #1" button to extend that jack to the load and pressurize it, release the button and all valves for that jack close. Repeat for each unified outlet that you are using. Then press the "Raise Unified" button to extend all the jacks together. If one jack needs to be adjusted, just press the extend or retract button for that jack. No need to remember to open or close a particular valve. Press a button, perform the operation.
EASY!
-
Sensors read the pressure and location of the main ram and stop the machine if a jack becomes overloaded, there's a sudden pressure change, a jack runs out of travel, or the main unit runs out of travel.
-
Choose to have the step-by-step instructions for the operation of the machine appear on the screen to guide the operator thru each step in the operation of the machine, or run the machine in "classic screen" manual mode
THIS is the first REAL innovation to appear on the
Unified™ Jacking System in more than 50 years!

This little 4 jack unified jacking machine was built in about 2 weeks early in 2009 to appear at the shows, it has a fully operation version of our electronic control system installed on it. Prospective customers were able to operate this machine with the touch screen shown above.
The operating systems and components used on this machine have been proven in more than 10 years of use on our automotive jacking machines.
